How to enable uploade file name other than English display

Hello,

I upload the file in Chinese name and successfully.
But the path or the file can't display as the original chinese name
but it is shown like "_____"
how can I fix it?

Let me give some more information:

When I try to upload a file name "Test(公司通讯录).xls"
the progress shows the full name "Test(公司通讯录).xls" during upload but the result shows "/Test________.xls" for those links

How should I config and which file should I modify in order to show the correct name of the file?

Try to use search. Such problem already appeared here multiple times.

Yes, actually I have made some changes as refered to the post:

and still fail to upload the file in UTF-8, also the progress bar fail to show successfully during upload

I should update upload.cgi only and the main.html of the Templates or anything else?
