Ads banned words doesn't work with me.

First of all i have activated Ads banned words role, but in vain.
the banned words are still appears and also the ads appear.

how can i solve this problem?

second of all, i would like you to recommend me a good designing company which be able to make a new and wonderful design for me.

I can barely understand what are you talking about. But I guess you need to place your ads code between <TMPL_IF ads> and </TMPL_IF> tags in order to make it hidden on the download page with the "bad" words.

will not work on Pre-download page "download0.html"
