Signup confirmation error

i set the program as directed. setup a signup sheet and that works fine. I recieve the email. but when click the confirm email link it sends me to a double url link see below

http://mysite.com/cgi-bin/communimail/http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/communimail/signup.cgi?confirm_l2c_id=3

i look in the settings and try to play with the url but cant get it stop.
