A newly added server shows "video not found" even though it's in the encoding queue

I added a new file/encoding server. Videos show a thumbnail and sit in the encoding queue, but playback says the file was not found.

Check
host_id in that server's XFSConfig.pm - it's easy to accidentally copy this file from another server and forget to update it. Fix it, then restart enc.pl.If that doesn't resolve it, open a support ticket with SSH access to the server so we can take a closer look. |
