Does XVideoSharing support high availability / multiple main servers?

Can I run more than one "main" server for redundancy, with a load balancer in front?
A
Not as a built-in feature - that's standard Linux sysadmin work (e.g. MySQL replication plus rsync for files) rather than something the script configures for you. If you set this up, admin setting changes still need to be made once and replicated to the secondary server yourself.
Encoding load, on the other hand, can already be spread across multiple servers out of the box. |
