I see "Permission denied" for the traffic log in my nginx error log - is this a problem?

Q My nginx error log shows something like: open() "/usr/local/nginx/logs/traffic_....log" failed (13: Permission denied). Is my site broken?
A No, this is harmless. It happens during normal log rotation and can be safely ignored - it doesn't affect uploads, encoding, or playback.
