paypal issue

When users are trying to signup for premium accounts by clcicking on the paypal sign and choosing which price they wanna pay it doesnt let them log into there account.(I've tried this)If a user does pay and I receive the finds their account isnt upgradedd automatically, I have to get a complaint , check if payment receive and upgrade their account manually.What can be done to fix this?

I dont even have those lines in my ipn.cgi file.In addition when users click an amt to pay and they try to log in, they get

"You are logging into the account of the seller for this purchase. Please change your login information and try again."

and their info is correct.

try set the paypal email addr same as ur paypal primary addr. , that might fix this

naa that aint it, it was working fine, then just start to act this way.**sighs , emailed support and no reply nothing ***sighs
