well, in all cases:
YES i have a site running on this script.
NO i don't have this Rapidshare leech installed in my site.
NO i will not make it available because simply people will be uploading everything from rapidshare to my site (and load my server for nothing)

simply it's offering your premium or registered or visitor to remote upload from Rapidshare by using your own premium rapidshare access.

instead of giving everyone your username and password in rapidshare, you just make your whole site using that login.

it's a service you offer to your visitos.
