So with Nginx progress bar doesn't work?

Hi,
My HDD are 84% full and everything works correctly except download.

If I try to download a file, page start loading and loading and loading....
and at least give:

"504 Gateway Time-out"

Is there someone who can help me?

I've got a little filesharing site with Xfilesharing.

I want to add more hosting site for remote upload (ex rapidgator o other), is there anybody that can explain me how to add a new host?
