Usually what I do is commenting this line in /etc/proftpd.conf:
AuthUserFile /home/domain/public_html/cgi-bin/ftp/ftp.users

And then restart proftpd.

Has anyone tried Payza? I registered my website there and they only say that I need to send them more information about my website, they didn't say that they don't accept file hosts..

Well yeah, but I just wanted to say that PayPal don't ban users that using the same IP, they only ban people by their name and address.
