Can you not change the restrict download ip setting? Go to Allow download from under the Settings -> files tab and change accordingly.

Make sure all the fields are empty on smscoin etc. For me paypal was only displayed when it was the only payment specified.

Also imported files are not working correctly with the divx mod. The import process again works fine but the resolution and divx player are not enabled.

If you have cpanel, mount the new hd as /home3 and setup a new account on it and upload the file server files there and it should work.

Hey I emailed support and haven't heard back from them so i wanted to ask if the upgrade instructions for v1.4->v1.5 apply for v1.2->v1.5 . Is there anything special outside of the instructions that needs to be done? Thanks for the help.
