When you/I set in the admin zone FS to OFF and when you/I try to download file on this disabled server - XFS should write: Server is in maintaince mode, blablablabla - or smth like that. Right now XFS is writting like the file was deleted: File Not Found The file you were looking for...

Or HDD space is out.
