Maybe I am wrong... but it seems that the offending line is :
return $ses->redirect($file->{direct_link}) unless $c->{show_direct_link};
direct_link has the value of ':182/blah/blah';
I can't tell because session.pm in scrambled/filtered.

SSL and port issues...
I have asked sibsoft for help... but they are not really bringing me any joy. I have been told that ssl is not supported but that it works. I have installed a wild card ssl (on both the main webserver and on the fileservers (fileservers are nginx)) Everything seems to be working fine except for down...
