yes, its possible, but I have problem with perl scripts, I am noob, if just to decode 1 user with their password, no problem, but with Users: 173572 , I must create a script with perl that can doing that , and that is my problem.

it's sure only limited b/w based on id premium ? but when they use registered and guest login they still limited on IP ? correct ? otherwise registered user just need to register again, its not effective.

Because a lot of my user using Internet cafe's or university and they use same IP. The problem when you limit b/w on IP's its causing our premium...

when users upload 1 files and the rules is 30 days expired, and tomorrow that users going premium for 1 year, the calculation is that files just upload now will expired in 30 days or will not expired because users is a premium users untill users premium expired 1 year ?

request, when they refund from paypal, that xfs auto detect it ? because they try to get premium account with illegal paypal then paypal will held, but on xfs system it will still added on premium account
