i have xfilesharing 1.8 licence.

I upgraded it to 1.9.

After upgrade, tier four contries are calculated according to the rates at tier 3. Whats the problem?

at 1.8 version, nginx mod was active, we upgraded 1.9 version and nginx mode is deactivated. Whats the reason and what shall we do to activate it?
