this may seem wrong, but try '../cgi-bin/temp' and '../cgi-bin/uploads'.
make sure the folders are cmod777, and that they exist.

We solved it.
I pulled in my guts and started screwing with the script, and what do you know?
I forgot the ".." in my "/cgi-bin/temp" reference.....
Upload seems to be working, but now the progress bar freezes. But that is a question for another time.

I like the product, i really do. And i plan on buying the single liscence. IF i can get it to work.
