hi, thanks again for another suggestion, this i checked many times. The settings are correct. There was some bug that caused the site BW to show 100x real usage. Support fixed this issue. However i think the same thing that caused that to happen caused another issue that has not been fixed. Somethin...

Thanks yes i understand that, however this problem is effecting a huge percentage of people.

There is certainly some bug in our script or db.

Lot of people are writing in to say they only downloaded 1 file and it says they have used their 50gigs up?

Anyone have any ideas on this?

thanks

For some reason our script thinks a person has downloaded over 50gigs in 1 day even if they have downloaded only a few small files. What can be causing this? I think the script considers some of these small files to be gigantic? is this possible and what caused it and how to fix? This is causing a l...

hi,

All i can tell you is if we adapt that line of code the cpu goes to 100%. I have no idea why. If we put it back as before it goes down to 8%

Wrong ip, i get this error myself - i have a static ip and it never changes :(

Im not sure our script is functioning well at all. I have asked sibsoft to take a look but they are away now. All i know is that the moment we change that line as in the guide the cpu goes to 100%. If we put the line back as it was before then the cpu goes down. The linux admin and the perl programm...

Hello, No the hardware is very good twin ssd , quadcore and 24 gig of ram. Usually the site only uses about 4-8% of cpu, but the moment we comment out that line in the guide. CPU goes to 80% and 100% is making fs.cgi destroy the mysql db and putting huge load on the server. Removing that line is not...

OK, after a while that was not a good solution for us, it created a huge cpu overload. We put that line of code back how it was and cpu went straight down again. So 1. why do people that could log in okay fine, then suddenly get a wrong ip message even when on static ip? 2. why does the issue seem t...
