I am facing an issue that some users are making payments via paypal (echeque), however, most of the time, echeque payment failed & I don't receive any money, while account is generating once he/she make payment via paypal echeque etc.

Any solution for this issue?

But mostly sites on sibsoft are facing very same issue.

Same issue here, look like they have fixed for me. Checking.

Atom servers are cheap, but I will never recommend even for medium traffic website.

Any possibility to bypass it? Like confirmation texts & more captchas etc.

Go to Servers Tab.
Click on Files Numbers (your old servers)
& Select all files & go at the end of the page.

You will see drop down box. Select your new server & click transfer.
