I got a question , If an Admin deletes a file from the server do all the files that are the same get deleted as well if the anti dupe is on?

for some reason i keep getting a video not found error for register users and non registered users. but when i use it as a premium user its working fine. any answers for this problem?

this is a brand new server.

Example : what am i looking for in a file server? more ram and also what kind of cpu? thanks for the links and suggestions id appericiate...
