Sorry, do you have nginx activated? If yes, I think you should set upload limit manually in nginx config file. I am not pro in such stuff. Nginx mod was installed by Sibsoft Staff, I think they should do that. I opened the support ticket on 3rd of March still they haven't given a satisfactory reply...

I don't that's gonna help because in my php.ini upload limit is only 2M but still I can upload files till approx 300 mb

It is probably a bug in the script

Whenever I try to upload large files (larger than 300 mb)
After complete upload I get error, ' Upload Limit Exceeded'
