Anyone get support from Sibsoft this week? Are they on vaction?
Does anyone here still get support from the Sibsoft ticket system? in this week or last week? Are they on vacation or something?

We usually reply on Technical support tickets within 48 hours on business days. As for Custom Development requests that may take loner, as that's matter of availability. Let us know your unanswered support ticket ID, so we can check.

Ticket is: 34197
It's about transfer large number of files at once and all file over 1.3GB of transfer 1.08GB and corrupt. It's should return file miss match error.

If I transfer 1 file at a time and it working fine. Turn off cloud flare before transfer still get problem.

I really regret dropping 726euros, buying this program.
I have to wait days to get a response, which never solves any problem.
None of my issues have been resolved, since the program was installed.
And by the way, i paid 29euros for installation.

Two of my issues have since been solved; but, the most basic issue remains unsolved.
Without upload in the first place, nothing else works.

Ticket 34250 still unsolved, about pagination. The default is 25 files per page. How to reproduce:
First you must have more than 25 files in My Files ( e.g 75 files), then go to my account set the files per page to 35. Now go back to My Files, the first page it will show 35 files, but when you click on the 2nd page it only show 25 files.
