Problem changing file name after upload

our problem now is only about the renaming issue , let me clarify:
when i upload a file , let's say "abc.pdf" it will automatically renamed it to "_a_b_c_._p_d_f_"
and will download it with that wrong name (and wrong extension!).

now because the extension is wrong the system can't open the file with the right application.
that's it the problem

Just an update: That was fixed via support ticket system.
There was old bug caused by extra CR-LF in "banned file names" textarea.
