Progress bar is starting well from the begining but it stops after 1 or 2 minutes even i increase apache timeout to 600sec.

But i'm not sure this timeout on webserver or fileserver?

file upload always stop uploading at 30MB ~ 40MB (frozen). never upload complete a large file >100mb.

what's is this problem? and how to fix it please.
