I have a custom subscription form that asks for Email, Name. Address & Phone number. The program already has the email field as a mandatory entry.

How can I make the other 3 fields required to be completed before subscribing?

I have just installed Communimail and it seems to be working fine. I can sign-up, confirm, send mails, etc.

The only problem is that when a subscriber fills out the form to subscribe, I am redirected to a blank page by the subscribe.cgi
No errors show, just a blank page.

I have the “Signup confirmation URLâ€￾ set to http://www.mycedarbrook.org/members/index.htm
