I do agree with @ankurs, besides it's nonsense for a video sharing website to have only 99 users and only one server(without knowing the fact that they'll upgrade someday) it seems like a demo actually. On the other hand paying for a demo is nonsense too!

You need to do some AJAX stuffs. You have to contact support if you're not able to do that yourself.

Make changes like this:
Settings > Video > HD + Mobile mod > disable Encode HD videos then enable Encode Mobile videos
