I seriously need help..

Allright i finally managed to install it properly but If I upload a big file ( In my case 4gb) it will instantly say Transfer complete but it works well with small files..

Also.. How to login as admin?

What can I do to fix this?

I think your server is not capable for such a huge files.

There is no limit in my server..
Nor in Bandwith nor in Space

Actually, that's not possibe to upload files larger than 2GB using standard HTML upload form. That's mostly browser issue. You can search Google about this problem- it's a well known problem.
