XFileSharing Pro - How to limit money counting on Premium user

How to limit money counting on Premium user to 1 time? Currently, my xFileSharing is counting as much as possible for them

at this time, smart point system counts all downloads from each premium user. This is questionable because they had no limit. They can generated a lot of cash for uploaders and sometime brings cheat/fraud so i wanna limit the number that an uploader can get from a premium user in every single day to a customable number.
