I need backup File- Server because I have new File-Server but how to backup File-Server

Are you using cPanel?

If so, what I did was went to the file manager, clicked on public_html folder, selected all the files and folders and compressed itno a zip file. Downloaded the zip file and re-up to the new server and extracted. Downloaded my database and re-upped it to the new server and didnt have any problems.

If you arent using cPanel, I'm sure there is a similar way to do it using SSH.

If you have already setup your file server, log into your admin area on your main server and go to Servers, and use the transfer tool at the bottom.

You also have to have your file server setup at the top of the page under "Server Management" If it is listed there then you shoud be able to transfer just fine.
