Propably you're asking about problems which have been answered in Knowledgebase or on forum.
Always search there before you submit ticket. They provide free support for so much users, don't forget that... If you can't solve it, you can pay them and they will fix your problems. Because the script doesn't have any problems, it's from your side or server configuration
