XFileSharing Pro - Smart Plans mod

I just purchased the Smart Plans mod and I cannot locate the option to add a webmasters site. This is the image displayed in the description. This is what I cant find:

I can find the option to change PPD, PPS & MIX in "My Account" but not the webmaster account option as displayed. Where is it?
