XFileSharing Pro - Get 404 Error on install.cgi and all files in cgi-bin

Hi i'm trying to install script. and i have done all steps on install.txt.
but when i enter mysite.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi (777 permision) in browser, i get 404 error.
whats the problem?

also i tested all files in cgi-bin. all of them get 404 error.

Go to /var/log/apache2 and nano error.log to have a look at why you are getting the issues.

Have you enabled headers and rewrite? Is the cgi-bin path written properly?
