I have asked server people according to them no mod security module is installed

Further how to enable progress bar if mod security2 is running please keep in mind that I have shared hosting so dont have access to ssh or any thing

how to check this ?

What i think is there is some problem with uploading as when i upload it says initializing transfer then immediately move to transfer complete then after the file is uploaded it gives the link but the main windows shows upload complete till then time file is uploaded instead of progress bar.
