One of my users cant download becouse he gets wrong ip error.
He says that he doesnt use any proxies (one of the reasons for this error).
Anyone got any idea what other reason it could be?
Support wont help with this question (says I have to support my users myself, but without knowing the possible causes of this error I cant support them...)
