Is it possible to have the web site on shared hosting. Than have the files go to a secret server?

How long does it usually take to get a response about purchase. I bought the script at 9AM and its almost 4PM. I sure hope they work weekends. Its just a verification of payment and reply with the files. Id hate to have to take other measures to get my money back if this issue does not resolve quick...
