how do i download again xfsm.cgi ?

please let me know where do i download the updates 2.0 to 2.4 ?

do i need a new subscribtion for 2.0 to 2.4

error msg on screen : Not Found The requested URL /cgi-bin/index.cgi was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. cgi-bin/index.cgi already installed on script anybody please help me to solve this error ?
