there is a lot of file host that work with paypal
but its not a great idea, iv been limited with 5000$ on the account

iv just moved my site to a new server because of this but it didnt help
index_dl.cgi is causing high load average 120+
the server is flooded by index_dl.cgi request
does any one know how can i reduce it ? ill pay for it
