XUpload - 1 files maximum when config is set to more

I can't get the form to let me upload more than one file at a time or add a description like the example on the web. It always says 1 files maximum even though the config is set to 4.

It looks you have an error in upload.cgi. Try to open in browser: upload.cgi?mode=settings
