XFileSharing Pro - admin_files_moderator.html where is it?

[venture89]

Hello, in the templates folder i see a file name
admin_files_moderator.html

How do i access that file over the web browser? Is it used by admin or by moderators (like copyright agent or something..)?

Thanks
