Checked error logs with level error, warn and notice. Nothing so far.

Have set to 755.
Other cgi files working well.
Installed all modules.
Tried binary and ascii upload

Which possible problems can it have?

I had same problem when nginx mod was disabled. Perhaps its because when they install nginx and 100% complete dl mod, counting works only with those mods
