XFileSharing Pro - can't edit my setting

when i try to edit my setting show my
ID=1 server.site.com...FAILED!
ID=2 server.site.com...FAILED!
also when change server from on to read only show me

api.cgi: ERROR (
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/api.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
