Carp.pm line 314 when generating Download Link

Error happened when generating Download Link.
Please try again or Contact administrator.
(Can't connect to .xxxxx.com:80 (Connection refused) LWP::Protocol::http::Socket: connect: Connection refused at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/CGI/Carp.pm line 314. )
so what i should do ???

Seems like your fileserver refuses connection from your main server. Check fileserver is alive and you can access it from main server (firewall issue?).
