Download count problem

hello

why this downloads not count 0000 money ?

i allow all filesize and 4 usd= 1000 down

every 1 down = 0.004

But it does not happen

make sure you have GeoIP.dat file in cgi-bin folder

As per your settings (the 3rd image which you deleted from this post), you're giving money only to registered and premium users (you have 0 for anonymous).
