XFileSharing Pro - Download Delay Error

I've had a few users report that they got this message:

 You have to wait 4 minutes, 47 seconds till next download

That was the message the user received on the first download.
I dont' have any wait time for Downloads after each file.
I only have wait time for Per 100mb downloaded.

Any idea what's goin on?

Check XFileConfig.pm on main server and just confirm it for yourself. Each user group has its own block of settings.

The delay command is: add_download_delay_

yeah, everything is correct according to my settings.
does it also count if a user previews a mp3?
so preview a 7mb mp3 then download it, another 7mb.

so that's 14mb total already..

The problem may be to do with IP sharing from ISPs.

free users should wait 1 hour and registered should wait 30min...
so i don't know why it's even saying wait 2min.. or 4min...
