XFileSharing Pro - Downloads not generate money

Hello,

I've an issue with generating money, some file have lot of downloads without any generated money.

All downloads are legal, and I tried myself to download these file but no money generated.

All files with this issue and other files on the same file server.

Some screen shots showing the issue.





I hope I find a solution here.

No one know about this issue? even support provided a solution that not solved the issue.

I had same problem when nginx mod was disabled. Perhaps its because when they install nginx and 100% complete dl mod, counting works only with those mods

I'm not using neither nginx mod nor 100% complete mod.

The site is still new.

Check "Tiers filesizes" in regard "per 1000 downloads"

That is what I'm showing...

File size of files not counted is 697 and 964... so it should be counting and adding money, correct?

Please list here "per 1000 downloads" as you wrote in admin panel for all country groups.

Also, this seems to only be an issue for one user...all other user stats are collecting.
