Enable M4A files

well, I'm trying to get m4a files to play in the music player. how would I be able to do so?
I've already searched the forum and I couldn't find anything.

is there no fixx?
I'm sure many of you would like this feature as well.
JW Player now supports it but the player won't show up for my m4a files >_<
