XFileSharing Pro - Eror Installing

Hi,

I just purchased this script and I am having problems installing.

When I go to
http://mydomain.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi

I get an internal server error. Please help.

dit you cmod the files like they ask to ??

as 500 error means a permision error ( most of the time , atleast is it a server side error)

Yea, I got the following error and I changed the permissions also. But how'd I go about fixing it though?
