XFileSharing Pro - feature suggestion friend invitation with bounce

in kewlshare.com they made an referring system or invitation system with contact grabber and when ur friend join they give you a bounce this bounce is 0.10$

and i suggest when your friend upload and someone download you friend will take for example 0.001$ for every download you get 0.0001$

this as an example i know this is a big edit but it will make xfilesharing the best on the internet

i hope you can do something like that
