XFileMirror - How to clean the system?

[jaro]

How is it possible to clean the system..

The space runs full of old files...
There is no "Maintaince mod"

DB shows 572 Tasks running but no info of start time..

Or what happens when a reboot of the server is necessary?

We've improved auto cleaning in 1.2 version.
