mkdir = unable to create a dir

solution= cmod the following folders to 777

tmp
htdocs
config file

then it wont show those errors

if it's an old server your discs are full and overwrote xfsconfig.PM

check if xfsconfig.pm is 0kb if yes then you should get a new server...
