XFileSharing Pro - I can not upload files after migrating from one server to an

We need help, we have migrated the file server with full backup and the new server behavior is normal file upload but when finished does not provide the direct link of the file and when we look inside the file does this on the list server.

How can we solve this problem?

most likely there's error on file server. check apache error log on file server for detailed information.
